The Hardwood Floor Medallion Store offers the following Returns Policy: You may return your item with obtaining pre approval within 10 days after you received your item. If your item returns to us damaged and is not caused by the shipping company, a credit will not be issued. Customer will pay all return shipping fees. We will not credit you original shipping fees. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

No refund will be issued for special orders including any product less than 3/4", prefinish, change of wood species or rush orders. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery on special orders.

We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable.
